The customer service week has come and gone and we made a deliberate move to not publicize the various activities which brands engaged in. Our mission today is uncover the subject of customer services within the Zimbabwean context, are consumers receiving the best, world class customer service? Celebrating customer service week indeed is a great initiative but providing great customer service should be second nature to any brand. Our brands should go beyond an event and seek inculcate a service culture across the business.
